Birth coaching is personalized guidance that helps mothers prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for birth. Through education, preparation strategies, and real-time support, I help families understand their options, feel confident in their decisions, and approach birth with greater clarity and calm.

After supporting many families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery, my work has evolved to focus on helping mothers prepare for birth through coaching, education, and strategic preparation rather than attending births in person.My goal is to help you enter birth feeling informed, supported, and confident in your body and your choices.

This is a meaningful time for both you and your partner. While your partner may not have specialized training in supporting someone through labor, birth coaching helps them understand how to confidently support you throughout the process.

Together we form a supportive team. Your partner provides emotional reassurance, holds your hand, and remains actively involved every step of the way, while my coaching and guidance help them understand how to assist with comfort techniques, positioning, breathing, and encouragement during labor.

Birth Clarity Toolkit

The Birth Clarity Toolkit is a digital preparation resource designed to help mothers feel more confident and informed as they prepare for birth and the early postpartum period.

Clients who have purchased the Birth Clarity Toolkit receive a complimentary 45-minute one-on-one doula consultation, which may be applied toward birth coaching services.

Optional In-Office Support

For mothers who would like additional physical preparation and postpartum recovery support, the following services are available and may be scheduled separately:

• 60 minute labor preparation massage

• 90 minute in-office postpartum massage
