Over the years, many mothers I served began seeking guidance beyond physical care, which led me to expand my work to include mentorship and coaching for women navigating new seasons of motherhood and entrepreneurship.

Why I Coach
My journey began as a licensed massage therapist supporting pregnant women through therapeutic care. Soon after, I expanded my work to become a birth doula, walking alongside families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
Over time I noticed something powerful. Many of the mothers I served were navigating much more than pregnancy and recovery. They were exploring identity shifts, career transitions, and new visions for their lives.
That realization led me to expand my work beyond physical care to include mentorship, coaching, and community for mothers discovering what comes next in their journey.
